Great product

I've been using compression stockings for 46 years and have used three different brands according to my doctor's recommendation. Mediven are by far the best that I've used. They fit well, are well made and comfortable. They are also much lighter in weight that latex garments. I have only one small complaint; the slip-socks disintegrate after 2-3 weeks. This is something new over the last 8-12 months.

I've used heavy-duty compression for nearly 50 years, these are the best. Still, this is not a product to love. They've save my legs but but the condition that requires them is limiting.

Mediven Forte different from Plus

I've been using the Mediven Plus for 40+ years. I tried the Forte to use when situations would cause extra swelling. The foot is shorter than the Plus and causes excess swelling in my forefoot and toes. Also I end up taking them off because of pain in my Achilles that occurs when I'm supine too long.
