Red Lady Papaya Dwarf Tree

I bought 2 items. One of them arrive Ok and is growing well. But the red lady papaya tree died before a week that it arrived. I would appreciate your attention replacing the damaged / died plant or refund the pertinent money. Would you please send me a prompt response. Thanks

Damaged

This was not my first order with Everglades Farm. I ordered 3 fruit trees. Two arrived in great condition. The top of the papaya tree arrived broken off completely in two places and the tree was incredibly stressed. This wasn’t the issue. I understand that things happen in transportation. My issue is that I immediately sent an email with pictures to Everglades Farm to try and remedy the situation and haven’t heard anything back. That’s disappointing for me, considering I paid $150 for the tree. Five stars for the other two trees. One star for the lack of response to my delivery issue.

The Papaya arrived in great shape, two leaves fell off, but more have come out in the last week. As a young tree we are letting it have only partial sun.
