Hangar Steak - Choice
Very pleased with the Hangar Steaks, just rub with EVOO, salt and pepper, grill on high about 2 minute per side. Internal temp should be 130. Rest and enjoy. Great chew & flavor. Will buy again.

Hangers are a very flavorful cut , often get passed by! Strongly recommend trying them

Great tasting meat just remember only cook until medium rare. Love quality.
