Love this top

I recently made this item for a friend who needed one of her daughter's shirts repurposed. The finished piece was absolutely darling and fit her daughters 18" doll perfectly! The pattern is well written, easy to follow and the photos included are so helpful! I consider myself a beginner in terms of sewing skills and found that this pattern was so easy to do, and it created a piece that looks so much higher quality than a normal beginner piece!

This adorable wrap top turned out very well as did the matching headband. I did feel the instructions were a bit unnecessarily lengthy in places. The creator wanted one to hand-baste more than I thought was needed. I tend to press items I'm constructing between some of the steps as it improves the outcome. This step I thought was missing in a few places.
