Gear Shift Protector Pad

I only used this 2–3 times, and it already ripped. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. How is it possible for something to tear after such minimal use? This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the product should be much more durable. I expected much better quality and would like this issue resolved. Thank you.

It does what it says it will. No more scuff marks on my boot from the shift lever.
