EDGE Restriction System BFR Cuffs - Enhance Performance

While I'm new to BFR training, I really like these cuffs. They're a huge step above where I started - with an inexpensive cuff meant for checking blood pressure. That cuff was uncomfortable to use. The Edge Mobility cuffs are a joy to use. I think the key feature is having the air bladder all around the cuff rather than just one spot like the blood pressure cuff.

I am rehabbing from ACL surgery, and my physical therapist started using BFRT with some of my exercises at the clinic. I liked the therapy so much that I decided to buy cuffs for home use. So far I’m a believer in the therapy, and will continue using them after fully recover to use in my strength and endurance (bicycling) training.
