I reached out right after I received the order. 2 out of 3 containers were DEAD. There is no way I'm putting dead plants in my tank. I emailed your company never heard back. So your customer service sucks too. You lost a customer.

Red Root Floaters arrived very healthy with very long roots already.

The floaters arrived in terrible condition. Most were dying and in less than a day, many of their roots detached from the pads in the tank. Disappointed.
