Lapsong Souchong - Black

I love this smoky yet comforting black tea blend. sometimes I drink it plain but often I mix it with some milk and a teeny bit of honey. It is so comforting on a cold morning. The blend they sell at scented leaf is terrific!

This is my go-to cuppa for days when the central heat is on. I pair it with Key lime juice.

An underappreciated tea

This lapsang souchon is the perfect amount of smoky and deep. I appreciated that it didn't taste TOO smoky like some lapsang souchon teas I have had, which always end up tasting more artificial. Also great to infuse into gin and use to make cocktails like the Tea's Knees.
