Dry Aging Bags Ribeye/Striploin

I was very frustrated as the bags would not heat seal in my vacuum sealer. Even though they say in instructions to use a vacuum sealer it never worked. I heat sealed repeatedly and it didn’t not work. I did use th water method however some of the bags were huge and i intended to cut the. Fir smaller portions of meat . When I contacted customer service they were dismissive and condescending . When you pay $29 for a few bags I would expect them to be amazing . Not so much
