BUM Energy Pouches

I like them they are a very small burst of energy but it helps when you have had a long day and have to hit the gym after work but its too late for a pre workout bc of higher caffeene content. The only thing I didnt like is they kinda come apart...some fell apart in the container and after u keep them in for a while/ keep till flavor is gone sometimes they come apart .but I do like them I would buy them again . Still a win . Very interesting concept .it helps so much.

The peppermint was perfect, wintergreen lacked in flavor, but results were same. The citrus burns upper lips, but results same. Overall pretty awesome and amplified my productivity at both work and after work and slept amazing! Overall product is changing the game! Using it pre and post workout is pretty awesome too!

I absolutely love them. I would love to do a video or content for how great they are. I would be so grateful to do that for you all.
