Plants in bad shape. Floating plants were all decomposed upon arrival. Had to throw in trash.

Great packaging and the plants are wonderful. You can not beat the customer service when you have a question or need an answer.

Very upset and disappointed! Both mosses completely brown and mushy! No way to salvage it.
