Great product and customer service

I ordered a Kontour heated towel bar from OTW, brushed nickel finish, reasonable price it is absolutely everything we were looking for. When the towel bar arrived the package was damaged and the towel bar was slightly bent. I called OTW to let them know of the damaged item. I sent some pictures and a brief message describing the damage. They reviewed the pictures and got back to me right away to let me know they would be replacing the damaged item and shipped it immediately. I was totally and pleasantly surprised. The process was seamless. OTW definitely stands by their products and their customer service is phenomenal. My wife and I love our new towel bar and are very glad we bought our heated towel bar at OTW! I highly recommend you purchase your next towel bar with OTW, you won't be disappointed. With a name like "Only Towel Warmers" you have to know they have an excellent customer service team!

Great product

We use this everyday. It is exactly what it is supposed to be. Our towels are more sanitary and always warm
