Faceplate is fine but missing parts

The stainless faceplate looks good and functional but it was shipped without a bracket for behind the "circle" side. You will notice that the screw holes above and below the circle are at a non-standard distance apart. The bracket is needed to address that. I had to call Amba Products to get the missing part.
