Excellent small-space solution

We overestimated the amount of room we would have for a larger towel warmer on a particular wall. I had already bought a 24" warmer from OTW that just wasn't going to work. I contacted OTW, and while it had been too long a time period and I couldn't return the large Amba purchased previously, OTW provided this direct-wire Kontour as a perfect solution! The warmer works very well, installed easily and elegantly solved our space problem. The product seems terrific and I am very happy with OTW and their service!

Happy with my purchase

I was looking for a heated towel rack that fit a narrow space. This one fit the bill. It's nice looking, true to size and best of wall works wonderfully! ... it heats quickly and dries the towels fast. Best of all it's puts off so much heat it helps dry out the bathroom that has no windows, added bonus. The on/off switch is easy so you don't have to have it on all the time. Highly recommend if you're considering.

it's awesome

we love our Kontour towel warmer - we bought it back in March - and it took awhile for the guys to get our bathroom finished to point of adding towel warmer - and have been using it ever since. LOVE my warm towels!!!
