CAFEC Specialty Coffee Paper V60

Doesn't quite live up to the hype.

I wouldn't choose these over the standard Hario V60 filter papers. They do the job well, but I didn't notice any significant improvements to warrant searching for them and paying extra. However, your experience may differ. Nevertheless, they performed well and served as a good alternative to the standard Hario filters.

Cafec makes excellent products, and these filters are great. I use them with both light and medium roast coffees, and they produce a fast, flavorful brew every time.

I bought these to compare them with the Hario V2 bleached, made-in-Japan pour-over filters (tabless). So far, the clarity and cup profile are good. The pour time is a bit longer, but that might be due to my coffee grind. I'm using the Fellow Ode with a medium-coarse setting. Next, I'll test the dark roast and light profile filters to see how they affect their respective coffees.
