Jungle Vallisneria Americana

The plants arrived in very poor condition and appeared nearly dead on arrival. Customer support advised me to wait another week, which means it will be over three weeks from the shipping date before I receive any resolution or even have viable plants in my aquarium. I understand that aquatic plants can experience some melting during acclimation, but these were effectively dead when they arrived and completely deteriorated within a week. I ordered 30 plants, and not a single one survived. They have fully disintegrated, leaving debris throughout my tank that I now have to clean up. Very disappointing experience, both with the condition of the plants and the length of time required to resolve the issue.

It is the sole survivor and is currently thriving.

Worst ever

Ive been doing aquariums for 20+yrs planted for the last ten and these where the worst plants i ever received. The ludwigia was basiclky dead when it got to me the jungle val wax just as bad some of it was nothing but roots left. I will never order again from them. Its up to you if you want to take a chance with your hard earned money
