HI, I am a runner,preparing for National Senior games,in Miami May of 2022,therefore the o+is with me while training. also i used it last event in Albuquerque,I attribute my performance,the altitude. will be using it in May,especially with whats going on now in the air

So, I suffer from Sleep Apnea, and have been unable to use my CPAP machine, so O+ helps me get oxygen I need that I didn't get during sleep. I've been amazed. I'm always so tired from my sleep apnea and using O+ I've been having very energetic days. I'm also noticing I don't have as many muscle cramps as usual, my brain is much more awake and alert from using it. I notice my sleep is even better from using O+ only during the day. I take a deep breath from it every couple of hours or so throughout the day.
