The product is fine, however I received a wrong item so I emailed customer service to have it replaced. They promptly emailed me back asking me to send a picture of what I received, which I did, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I emailed them again to find out how or when I would receive what I purchased and now I cannot get a response.

This Is truly the best hair care product I have tried in a long time, the Detangler took care of my break ends very well I had knots in my hair and I put the detangler on there in 15 minutes later I could come it out without losing a lot of hair.
