New dog bed arrived with a problem

The inside cushion was not sewing together correctly and part of it is open and the filling is coming out!!! trying to contact customer service to get a replacement. Hopefully they will answer.

My dogs just love these beds! So soft! They are chenille. It’s the only bed they will lie on. However, the insert is not that greatly made. Cannot wash it like the cover. Otherwise, they just adore these beds!

Both Dogs LOVE it!

Soft, cozy, and supportive for both of my dogs who are getting up there in years. Both dogs immediately took to the bed and no “marking” happened like has happened with other dog bed purchases. Very happy and thankful for you!
