Elbow Sleeves

My first experience with them was bad, I got rashes on my arms where the sleeves were and even got marks (red lines) from the pressure I guess. But once I put them in the washing machine and air dried them everything changed. No more rashes or anything. The support and stability they provided was really good. 10/10 would recommend just make sure you wash them first. Another note to add is that I live outside the US so the washing was necessary because the package was opened at customs and you never know how clean things are handled there.

Amazing material keeps elbow firm and sturdy for heavy push and pull days no joint pain and and it is reliable through heavy workouts. A great product to achieve those PR goals
