Honestly pretty solid, I feel like my elbow joints are in a much less compromised spot with these on. The only issue is that my right sleeve is looser then my left one yet my right arm is bigger which I don’t get. But over a really solid product. If your looking to increase your bench choose elbow wraps over these but if your just looking for some good joint protection while it still being your strength then go with these.

Elbow issues solved

I’ve had some soreness in my left elbow when pressing or doing tris. I have been wearing one for about a week and the compression has made all the difference! I am very pleased with this item.
