This towel warmer is amazing! Paired with a timer, it's been a fantastic addition to our remodeled bathroom. The customer service was also top notch! Michael reached out to me to let me know the towel warmer was backordered but offered me the chance to choose another towel warmer that was in stock. When I opted to wait it out, he was great about keeping me updated on it's shipment status. Will certainly return here again when we remodel our other bathroom!

Excellent Piece - Remodeled Master Bath

Remodeled our master bath and incorporated the towel warmer into the mix. They were able to price match to a local store, which was amazing. Very fast shipping - had it in hand within 4 days. Electrician installed it very quickly. We purchased the timer switch along with it - wise choice! It can be programmed to turn on/off on any schedule desired. In the 2 weeks we've had it and used it, it was a very smart purchase! Colder weather means warm towel to dry off with. When the weather is warmer, it'll mean a dryer towel without that damp/musty odor. We did the polished finish, and it looks great - matches everything else in that same finish.
