perfect size and I love the deep water seal well

Top of the line!

My husband has been making sauerkraut for over 30 years. These crocks are very close to the one he left behind in Norway which was stellar. We first ordered a few crocks from another make that were half the price and had a shiny glaze which come to find out where absorbing water which lead to a catastrophic batch of moldy kraut. This will not happen with these crocks. We recommend this 10 liter crock for its size over larger sizes. Buy two if you need to to avoid the heavy weight of a larger size. We also recommend getting dollies for your crocks.
