Works

First off, customer service is 5+ stars. I had accidentally ordered the wrong item, completely my fault, and they took care of me completely and quickly. This product has a pleasant smell that doesn't seem to linger like many perfumes do, which I like. I'm not sure I like the way this sprays out of the bottle, but it does help with the knots. I haven't used it a lot yet, but doesn't seems to leave a sticky residue behind that causes more knots on the day after using this product like many other detanglers do.
