Fantastic products and customer service

Firstly the oils, butters and beard washes are top notch. Scents are unreal and as described on their page. Regular deals makes them super affordable too. Second is the customer service. Each order is packed within an inch of its life and with a personalised touch. They also rectify any issues with orders asap. I had a soap dispenser that wasn't working, and they quickly replaced it and then some. Wasn't expected but entirely appreciated.
