They made it right.

Recently hit up the number 1 guys in beard care. Ordered the mega re-supply kit to fill the cabinet again. All was going well till delivery, when lo and behold the order was incomplete. What to do? The difficulty was finding out how to make contact. Eventually found it and let the guys know. But never heard peep, which was a little disappointing. First I heard was a few days later when I got an email about a new order that was being prepared. This included not just the missing part of the order, but an extra 50ml bottle of beard oil. Now while I appreciate and respect the speed with which I received the 2nd delivery and the gift, it would’ve been more responsive and a more personalized touch to reach out and own it with more than a free gift. I do appreciate the gift don’t get me wrong, but an apology is all I need. And I got it, in a roundabout way. Thanks fellas…

Best customer service ever

Ordered unscented beard oil as a gift for a friend, it arrived last week but I was accidentally sent a scented one. I contacted the guys late thursday evening 18th june, the day it arrived explaining problem and letting them know I needed the gift for the 24th june, they responded to my email at 6:35am 19th june with an apology (errors happen) and a solution. They posted the correct oil the morning of the19th june at no cost to myself express post and it arrived today 23rd june in time for tomorrows birthday!!! Thank you so much for your quick response and excellent customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company.
