Brazil Santos - Medium Roast

I am no coffee coinsure. I used this in our drip coffee maker and found it a perfectly acceptable drink. I wouldn't say it blew my mind away but I'm trying to find what roast we prefer and would probably say this might have been a little too mellow for our pallets. Having said that I would buy again for those time when I don't want that slap of coffee.

My got to coffee. Strong coffee flavor, very smooth and without too much bitterness. Has subtle after taste that dries the mouth.

We love a nice mellow medium roast Brazilian coffee. After having tried all the different Brazilian varieties Redber offers, this is our favourite. Nutty and mellow - easy to drink even black. Getting good feedback from friends and family too!
