Resolute

Great Allrounder

Resolute works really well in espresso-based drinks and reacts well with oat milk. Less dark and more vibrant than Stronghold, nice and balanced; though for an espresso by itself I’d pick Stronghold for the deeper, sweeter, less acidic flavour profile.

Fantastic everyday coffee

We love this coffee and buy it in bulk as it pretty mcuh satisfies the taste of everyone in our house and visitors. Possibly not as exciting as some of the specialty coffees but extemely well balanced and one we alweays come back to

Fab!

Strong, smooth, nutty and chocolate'y, with just a hint of bitterness (a taste I love) - this is one of my all-time favourites. I'm not a fan of light and fruity coffees and this is perfect for me. I have it with full-fat oat milk and it sets me up for the day.
