Initially I felt as though making my own chilli mix was part of the process but after reviewing multiple award-winning chilli cooks, I came to realise that using a reliable blend is just as valid and believe me when I tell you, this is the best of the best. It’s a perfect marriage of sweetness, spice, and umami and the recipe provided on the box has been a show stopper for my game-day chilli dogs.
