I really enjoy the carafe and love the way that it brews tea at any temperature. I especially enjoy being able to get fantastically brewed tea in the refrigerator. It would be great if I were able to brew and pour with the rubber piece on the top of the carafe, but it doesn't make it unusable. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to brew great tea.

Great pitcher, exactly what I wanted for making iced tea.

Ordered one, it came damaged and they immediately sent me a new one. These are great and my wife loves having one in the fridge at all times!
