RECHARGE PRO

Very disappointing

I've been using the recharge pro for many years being one of its first supporter via Kickstarter. Although I cannot deny that it is a very convenient product, the quality doesn't live up to its promise. I bought a new mug about ten months ago and the plastic part of the filter has been showing cracks just after a few weeks of use. Customer service was very poor and unreactive and would not replace the damaged part or offer suitable compensation for it. Additionally, for a mug that claims to keep your beverage "hot" for hours, it loses a significant amount of heat through its top part and most drinks would become lukewarm after only 2 hours. Not to mention that the closing system is also not durable and eventually leaks. I would definitely not recommend if you are looking for a high quality, durable product with a good customer service.

I like everything about mine so I bought one for my granddaughter too.

Great mug

It's a great mug. My second. Though it's only my second because the filter broke and had to but a full mug to replace a very small part.
