I'm having a problem with installation. The screw terminal (for the red wire) coming out of the c-wire adaptor seems to have failed. The screw is not gripping or holding the red wire. While I hold it in place, the thermostat is powered, but the connection is very intermittent when I let go of the wire. This is the 4th unit I have installed, and the first time I have had this problem. Can I return it for a replacement.
