I have ordered sandalwood on a continuous basis.when I recently opened my last purchase of sandalwood & used it in a friend's diffuser the odor was unrecognizable. I thought it had to be her diffuser.when I put it into my diffuser it was the same unrecognizable odor.This is the one & only time this has happened. Now I will find out about Skylaras customer service. I'll let you know.
