I had tried a few from scratch recipes and none tasted enough like the one my Sicilian neighbor used to cook for me. I decided to try Cuoco’s and it brought a smile to my face. Very, very authentic taste and easy to prepare.

I have such a hard time finding this product. The original by the company Angelo Pensabene is no longer available but this matches perfectly and makes our Christmas and that for a friend, who is also Sicilian, as we remember it. Thank you so much for carrying this product.

Great taste and lots of sardine

Very tasty. Well-flavored without being over flavored, and a really authentic taste, with an abundance of meaty sardine. This is almost a main dish in a can -- just add pasta. My only wish is that it would also come in a smaller size, a portion for one, because once canned fish is opened and refrigerated, it tends to become less flavorful and more "fishy."
