Protein Powder

I love the flavor whether added to a smoothie or my blueberry yogurt bowl or in the afternoon iced coffee. Pick me up! I get my protein and it’s yummy!

I was sent the protein as a gift. Which actually turned out to be so wonderful because I was going to order it. I use a hand frother, mix it with water, add ice and sip on it for the extra boost of protein midday. I might try putting it in my coffee in the morning, too. I enjoy the vanilla/cinnamon combination. It’s the perfect way to make sure I’m able to hit my protein goal for the day. I’ll definitely be buying my next bag. Note worthy!!! It’s easy on my stomach.
