Safe and secure.
Was quite surprised with the amount of pedal retention you get with this things. Would certainly recommend.

Toe Clips
Pretty cheap, they tend to bend on me while on a ride, and I have to bend them back into place later. I love my bike! Thrilled, and an amazing ride but I thought with $23 toe clips (with the straps) they would have been nicer.
