Wabi Bullhorn Bars, 26mm

Good, but...

Did the trick. My only gripe is that I wish there was some kind indicator near the center area that showed that the bars are centered. It's is kind of hard to tell with out it.

I have had the WABI Lightning fir one month and am amazed with the craftsmanship, attention to detail and the amazing ride. The high speed stability is good and slow speed maneuvering around obstacles, an area where alot of fast bikes fail, is superb. The bike climbs hills like nothing else I ridden in the past 50 years. Last year I struggled with a Fuji Feather, having to lower the gears every few months. The Lightning has turned back the hands of time, I am accelerating now on hills that previously had me at a wobbly near standstill. I crest hills now with a smile and not the dread. I don't know what it is that makes a bike so good in so many areas. I got the optional lighter wheels that are 20 and 24 spoke, installed a carbon seat post, an Ergon saddle and smaller chain wheel, resulting in an actual weight of 17½ lbs. I am very impressed with every aspect of the WABI operation. I asked for the Columbus sticker to be installed and for the front brake be setup to the right hand lever, sure they would o erlook my requests but they got it and they nailed it. I am going to do the 2024 Hotter than Hell Hundred on this bike in Wichita Falls, at 77 years of age I will do the metric century and visit my old Air Forcevstation there at Sheppard AFB. The only issue is to select the right gearing for a hot Texas century, winds unknown.

They have worked great so far. Turning is so tight and smooth
