Koyo Professional Grade Classic Bonsai Shears 8"

I have made a few purchases and upon opening the Koyo professional grade Bonsai shears I was surprised to see the shears had at least an 1/8 inch play in the pivot point, or fulcrum right out of the box. Questionable for professional grade, but defects can occur in any manufacturing process. Stone Lantern reached out to me the same day and had an exchange set of shears on the way. Really appreciate their quick response and resolution to my concern. Happy to have found a good partner to get our bonsai hobby supplies through.
