Trouble Free Replacement

I purchased the Rockwell 6S Stainless Steel Razor. I noticed one of the adjustment plates had a manufacturing flaw. This can and does happen with any cast parts. I contacted customer support and they quickly responded. They asked me to email a photo and description of the flaw. Once the received my email, they sent the replacement with no questions asked. Did not cost me anything. I absolutely love this razor and highly Rockwell Razors.
