King Ranch Chicken Casserole

This one wasn't one of my favorites..the taste was good but it's way too soupy for our tastes.large portion and lots of tender chicken but not sure why it's so soupy but it takes away from the meal...wouldn't get this one again and it's the first time I've felt that way about one of these meals..seemed more like a dip than a casserole.

Have this to my sister for a gift and she loved it and everything she has eaten

Use unprocessed cheddar cheese. Tortillas need to be cut up into small strips or pieces. Chicken chunks need to be smaller.
