I wanted an affordable GOOD Japanese knife and after watching 100 videos on YouTube I went with this brand. They shipping it to Ca, U.S.A with no problems. Love the knife and will be buying more from Global kitchen Japan.

Christmas present

As this is present for our son for Christmas I can't comment on it in use but it certainly looks the business along with chop sticks I think he will find them very useful as we have our recent purchase of a bread knife from the same supplier.
