Profusion Crabapple Tree

Pant distressed in shipping

I recently bought a 5-6 profusion crabapple tree with a replacement credit for dogwood tree that did not survive this past winter. The shipment was stick in warm weather for five days. It arrived in a distressed condition, but planting tree refused to issue a refund (because of this issue and the previously dead dogwood tree). I will not buying from planting tree again - for the price they charge, one would expect more mature plants that are of high quality
