Ordering was easy. Shipping takes time getting to my location no matter who ships here. 5 days I thought was pretty good for where I live. I was worried getting the tree after almost a week in a box being driven across country during a heat spell. It arrived stressed, but I planted it right away and it bounced back quick. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
