A pannier rack
This rack is great. It looks gorgeous and it installed without making any permanent changes to the hardware, so I could easily swap it to another bike.
I want to stress that this is a pannier rack. The upper deck is a bit small to take a bike bag, such as my PoCampo Vernon. I can get it attached but it flops over.

Really nice rack. Love having it on my road bike for commuting. Simpler than I expected to install too.

Overkill but I like it!
I put it on a Rivendell Charlie H Gallup. My plans were to mostly use it as my substitute car and to go to places where it’s aesthetically interesting to ride and take my time. I also have the Portier rack on the front so I should be able to go to Trader Joe’s and get $200 worth of groceries at a time.
