Can’t wait for Fall

This is my first time ordering a tree online. I was nervous and it came dormant for the time of year I ordered. But it is starting to wake up and appears nice and healthy! Can’t wait to see the bright colors in fall

They arrived in great condition. They still had moisture in the root medium and did not look overly stress. Because you have such excellent customer service, I was able pre-dig the holes and plant them within hours of arrival. Thank you for the rapid call back with planting instructions! The bonus was hearing the leaves rustling in the breeze that afternoon...tree music. I just love these trees!! And you guys are awesome too!

Exceeded Expectations |Will Use Again

I purchased the Autumn Gold Maidenhair tree from their online store and found the navigation and the process to find, order, and complete the online transaction to be seamless. I quickly received the tree, with a free Peace Lilly too - which my kids love! The tree arrived in solid packaging and I like that it didn't have a harmful plastic container that would end up in a landfill! The plant was perfectly healthy upon arrival. It is doing amazing and is filling out quickly! Thank you for the wonderful end-to-end experience! Since I didn't have to spend any time wrangling a difficult website or contacting customer support for any reason I thought I'd take some time to share my experience.
