Again, Red Rooster Coffee never disappoints, and this Peru Highland Select Extended Fermentation Natural is no exception. Sweet, fruit-forward, and incredibly flavorful, it delivers notes of cherry, strawberry jam, and tropical fruit with a rich, syrupy body. Whether as espresso or filter, it's a beautifully balanced coffee that showcases why Red Rooster remains one of my favorite roasters.
