Familiar cozy taste - fabulous texture

Fruition is my current favorite US chocolate maker (so sad Patric doesn't make bars anymore...) and I was really eager to try this bar. It reads a lot like milk chocolate of my childhood, because of the strong sweet milkiness. I had to check the ingredients to confirm it was white chocolate. It's not as complex as SOMA's toasted white chocolate, but I enjoyed it.

Excellent white chocolate

My husband loves white chocolate but it can be hard to find good white chocolate. This is the second time I bought the vanilla bean toasted white chocolate for him. He loves it and even though I’m a dark chocolate person myself, I love it too. It’s smooth, nicely rich and delicious. We will continue to purchase it!

Interesting flavor but kind of one note

I am a big fan of white chocolate so I expected to love this one, however I only really taste the brown butter flavor and don't get much else. I even left it on my tongue for a while in hopes of picking up something else. I did love the milk chocolate brown butter bar by the same brand though, that one was a 5/5.
