I love these bags. They’re great for travel. I used one when I was in Italy. It made even my very nervous daughter who thought she might get pickpocket feel at ease

I received the bag after my trip, which I was taking the bag with me however trying to return this has been nearly impossible. I go to the website I go to customer service I texted them I emailed them dozens of times and I’m getting no response. Occasionally, I get a confirmation that the bag will be delivered soon. I left on July 1. The bag came on July 5. There’s no way to return this bag. I’m trying and it’s absolutely impossible. There’s no way to reach them if you don’t like the bag good luck.
