The Slim Carry 3

the strap is to short and I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to pay shipping to the neatherlands or I can keep it and the can refund 10% of whst i paid so its a whole 7.00 if would have known i would not have ordered it. I feel like its a scam! So the product is if but a short strap for taller women with a chest.

I purchased the Slim Carry 3 for vacation and the zipper on the hidden large pocket broke leaving my credit card and passport at risk. I was looking forward to being able to depend on this bag but unfortunately, it failed. I would really appreciate a refund.
