I really don't want to go on biologic so I was hopeful this would help psoriasis. I have seen no changes in the plaque psoriasis which covers my arms, scalp, and legs. I have had no side effects from the supplement, just no improvement. I'm giving it another month, but so far its just another pricy supplement that I've tried.
