Chili Pepper with Roasted Garlic Jam

This is the jam that got me hooked. A tasty balance of sweetness and heat. Delicious on Salmon and Pork. Mix it with rice for a little kick. First introduction at a local crafts fair, so happy I dont have to wait until next year and was able to order this and other products online! . I give this particular jam to my friends and family as just because "this is delicious" gifts.
